Confused

I'm really confused right now...
This person said it supposed to be like this...
But this other person said it supposed to be like that...
Which one I should do????
I'm confused...

By the way..I made  this picture using "paint" software..

This is the first time I'm sattisfied using the "paint".

They usually ruin my drawing (I should blaming myself).
